I bought a kit for a Victorian Ruffle Cuff and while I was making the cuff I had this image of a brooch in a similar style. I didn't know how it would turn out but took the plunge and went for it as sometimes what I can see in my minds eye isn't always what turns out in real life. So you can imagine how pleased I was that what I had envisoned I had infront of me. I think I will try this in another colour scheme and see how that turns out.............so watch this space for more beaded brooches.

This is really lovely. I'd call it "Victorian Bird's Nest" as it looks like some extremely elegant bird's nest.
